I commonly have issues called "episodes". Whenever I get upset, mildly or extreme, I tend to get a bit...unbearable. Usually, one of two things happen.
1: I act very passive aggressive, and refuse to acknowledge that I'm upset. I usually speak in proper sentences, and I frequently insult or act rude towards those that are causing problems. This usually happens when I get very upset.
2: I type fast, which usually results in poorly made sentences, they often end up with poor spelling. I also speak like a toddler, and I use excessive emojis and / or punctuation. This usually occurs when I'm mildly upset.
Unfortunately, 9 / 10 times I will not remember these things happening. I do occasionally have vivid memories, but I mostly need someone to actually tell or show me what I did. I don't know why I forget about the episodes.
I'm sorry if you happen to witness one of these "episodes", I understand that they may be very annoying or stressful.
